Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mergers & Acquisitions:
  • Conduct thorough due diligence reviews and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Review industrial relations and employment compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Complete HR onboarding tasks, including contract preparation and data entry in the HRIS.
People Services:
  • Provide timely and accurate support on employment-related matters through the HR inbox and main phone line.
People Systems:
  • Support project work in People Systems, maintaining up-to-date system documentation and resolving technical issues.
Training & Development:
  • Conduct training sessions on P&C Compliance topics, including employment legislation and HRIS capabilities.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed on industry trends and legislative changes, suggesting enhancements to current HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Early Childhood sector or a similar environment (desirable).
  • Studying towards or holding a Diploma or Bachelor of Business/Human Resource Management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, childcare regulations, and industrial awards.
  • Experience in producing reports and data analysis.
  • High-level computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience working with a HRIS (SuccessFactors).
