About Our Site Management Role
We operate the largest grain storage and handling network on the east coast of Australia, with over 150 regional receival sites and seven bulk port terminals. We store and market wheat, barley, canola, sorghum, and specialty commodities, connecting thousands of growers with end-market customers across the food, beverage, edible oils, and animal feed industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures
- Drive a zero-harm safety culture within our operations
- Manage day-to-day site activities in an efficient, safe, and cost-effective manner
- Maintain relationships with Logistics and customers; stay aware of local priorities and issues
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety principles
- Basic computing skills for working in our systems
- Certifications such as loader, skid-steer, H or M class licence, and/or first aid are advantageous
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
