Job Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in driving excellence in home-based care delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in NDIS is essential.
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree is required.
  • Postgraduate qualification in aged care, disability, or health management would be highly desirable.
  • Training and assessment certifications such as Cert IV are also highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills, adaptability, and proficiency in technology are necessary.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are crucial.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care for individuals with aged care and disability support needs.
