Client Success Representative

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Client Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders from large groups, developing a deep understanding of customers' opportunities for growth and optimisation, and creating and managing a pipeline and portfolio of subscribed customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business outcomes
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and opportunities for growth and optimisation
  • Create and manage a pipeline and portfolio of subscribed customers to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and propose commercial agreements that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for our clients and their customers
  • Identify and drive opportunities for upsell through targeting segments of qualified customers

Requirements:

  • An understanding of the hospitality industry
  • A knack for building long-term business relationships
  • Familiarity in demonstrating and communicating the value of technology solutions
  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management (a bonus)
