Client Success Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Success Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads for our business team.

  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team by building strong relationships with prospects and representing the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and improve outcomes through data-driven insights.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our Salesforce, Gong, and other tools to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to drive growth and revenue. You should have excellent customer service skills, impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
