Government organisations often face complex challenges in finding the right talent for their teams. As a Business Partner Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services and providing strategic HR advice to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR guidance to drive business benefits and deliver results
  • Lead the entire recruitment process from initial stages to successful conclusion
  • Impact the development of high-performing individuals and teams through your expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Build and maintain key client relationships by understanding clients' business context and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of HR initiatives and policies through sharing best practices and solution implementation experience

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or end-to-end recruitment, preferably in blue-collar complex organisations or government sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders and achieve goals through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions that add value
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
