Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Global Business Solutions team in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth.


The selected candidate will have the chance to work on groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. You will be part of a dynamic team that generates revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more.


This role requires a passion for the internet industry and a strong enthusiasm for digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have excellent learning ability, logical thinking, innovative capabilities, and sharp market insight.


As a graduate, you will get opportunities to rotate across multiple functions in the APAC & LATAM & METAP regions for 12 months, covering the entire platform and process to develop into a versatile digital marketing expert.


Key responsibilities include utilizing data to analyze customer needs, providing consulting services, product training, optimizing ad placements, data analysis, and other marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for formulating integrated marketing plans and strategies, and driving the implementation of marketing strategies across various industries.


Additionally, you will gain a deep understanding of the product system, researching industry data, and gaining insights into advertiser demands. You will give product strategies based on clients' business plans, uncovering business opportunities, and driving business growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or above;
  • Candidates should have a passion for the internet industry and a strong enthusiasm for digital marketing;
  • English must be used as a working language, with strong communication skills and good teamwork abilities;
  • Be open to rotational roles and willing to relocate within the APAC region;
  • Self-driven, resilient, curious about new things, and able to make judgments on complex matters.
