Prime Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the effective administration and management of prime contracts.
Main Job Duties- Develop, implement, and manage the Prime Contract Management Program for projects, in accordance with the prime contract and Project Management Plan.
- Analyze prime contract general terms and conditions to identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with project team members to address commercial/contractual issues that may arise during project execution.
- Participate in project meetings, prepare necessary materials, and maintain working relationships with relevant departments.
- Support implementation and management of programs to recognize progress/performance concerns, prepare changes/variations, and manage timely resolution under applicable provisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial/business management functions with progressively responsible work experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer/prime contracts with similar commercial terms and incentivization models.
This is a key position in our organization, requiring strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience in managing complex contracts.
