Job Description

This role is focused on ensuring the security and compliance of our clients' systems. As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating current Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices, identifying gaps and recommending improvements aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Evaluate IDAM and GRC frameworks to ensure secure access to resources
  • Implement IDAM and GRC solutions to manage risk and ensure compliance across systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align security practices with business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current security controls and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into business processes

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship and an active AGSVA Baseline Clearance (NV1 preferred or eligibility to obtain)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a consulting or similar role focused on IDAM/GRC security
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HANA system architecture, database security, and user authorization
  • Experience with SAP GRC Access Controls modules (ARM, BRM, EAM, ARA)
  • Familiarity with SAP IdM and general administration within the IdM toolset
  • Certification in SAP HANA or related fields (desirable)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud Platform (desirable)
  • Understanding of threat modeling, secure coding practices, and security testing tools
  • Passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
