  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To deliver top-notch service from arrival to departure, and everything in between
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, always being approachable and friendly
  • Adapting to shifts in Food & Beverage and Front Desk, staying organized and efficient at all times
  • Taking on a wide variety of tasks, guaranteeing that each day is unique and engaging
  • Promising to provide knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly service to both internal and external guests, every time

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within a hotel setting
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think critically to resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and pride in personal presentation
  • A genuine customer focus and a strong dedication to making our guests' stay enjoyable
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain one before starting
