Job Title: Community Housing Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct teams in accordance with organisational goals.
  • Establish a culture of open communication, collaboration, and ethical decision-making.
  • Support staff in delivering high-quality services that promote customer autonomy and choice.
  • Drive business growth initiatives and support the development of grant and tender writing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to policy development and ensure alignment with sector best practices.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Champion a workplace culture that reflects organisational values.
  • Build staff capacity through supervision, support, and training.
  • Promote the organisation and the community housing sector within the broader community.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships across sectors.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in community housing or related sectors, a strong understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. They will be committed to ethical, professional behaviour and continuous improvement.
