Customer Service Representative Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for general enquiries, building relationships with customers
  • Coordinating shipments with carriers
  • Supporting administration tasks such as loading/unloading, scheduling etc
  • Communicating with customers regarding despatch documentation and order confirmation
  • Entering data onto system for invoicing and collating reports
  • Inputting and coordinating inventory data into WMS
  • Ensuring processes are adhered to for Customer Service and Admin teams
  • Escalating issues when required and communicating with relevant customers
