Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Services Accountant to lead our team and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with turnovers typically ranging from $1m to $10m.
  • Deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services that enhance Gross Profit, cash flow, and discipline for clients.
  • Develop and refine technology-enabled workflows using tools such as Xero, FYI, Ignition, AI tools, and automation.
  • Collaborate with the team to set high standards and achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in business services.
  • Possess strong tax and structuring skills across companies, trusts, and groups.
  • Be tech-savvy and comfortable adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to back up judgments with numbers.
