Strategic Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor.
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.
The role will involve partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies, ensuring quality and client service-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders, and supporting panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services, including system enhancements, documenting knowledge, and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and professionalism. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that meet business needs;
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies;
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders;
- Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates;
- Presenting job opportunities to shortlisted candidates and negotiating employment agreements;
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives;
- Contributing to the development of the organization's talent management strategy.
