Role Overview

As an After-Hours Crisis Referral Service Practitioner, you will play a vital role in coordinating support for NDIS participants across Australia who are facing unexpected crisis events.

  • Work closely with the NDIA to provide assistance during crisis calls.
  • Promote the AHCRS program across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver information sessions.
