Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Operations Specialist to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting in Sydney. As a key member of our Wealth Management division, you will be responsible for delivering projects that enhance client experience and drive profitable business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Wealth Management sales and marketing function, where you will be accountable for managing and delivering projects meeting agreed timelines and outcomes. You will also be responsible for data management and analytics, sales support, process improvement, change management, risk management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management: Manage and deliver projects meeting agreed timelines and outcomes
  • Data Management and Analytics: Extract and analyse client data as required
  • Sales Support: Develop sales tools/materials and support Private Weath Advisers and Client Service Managers with client queries and complaints
  • Process improvement: Enhance and optimise operational processes
  • Change management: Develop change management materials to support the embedment and adoption of change initiatives, including projects managed by the broader projects team
  • Risk management: Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. Pro-actively identify business risk and develop controls to mitigate risks
  • Documentation: Gather, validate and document business processes and procedures, as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with varying external and internal stakeholders. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail, excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills to audiences of varying seniority, strong time management and prioritization skills, exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues, strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills, quantitative aptitude, analytical skills to help identify anomalies, trends and potential risks and issues; data savvy, and advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

You will need to have an undergraduate degree and 3 – 6 years' relevant working experience in the Private Banking or Wealth Management industry, expertise in Private Banking or Wealth Management, experience in project management / Business Analysis, and experience in risk management and uplifting risk controls.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
