Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to lead our digital presence with 5+ years of experience. The role involves leading workshops with senior stakeholders, enhancing the digital presence with search-optimised content, collaborating with external agencies, and supporting service transformation. Experience with SEO, accessibility standards, and content management systems (Drupal) is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
- Enhance the organization's digital presence by creating search-optimised content.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the on-time and on-quality development of websites and features.
- Support the growing demand for content that informs the public about key services.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of plain language principles and experience publishing content on content management systems (Drupal).
- Work alongside the Web Content Manager and the Human-Centred Design team to drive service transformation.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research and optimisation, in coordination with the Web Content Manager.
- Track, analyse, and report SEO performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure all content complies with accessibility standards and follows Victorian government guidelines.
- Provide insights on technical SEO factors such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and content structure, in collaboration with development teams.
