
Project Management Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the management of labour forces, develop relationships with clients and oversee site operations across various locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in the construction industry.
You will play a crucial role in coordinating plant and people to projects efficiently, safely and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing the workload of the labour force, developing relationships with clients to win additional work and overseeing site operations across various locations and resources sites throughout NSW and Queensland.
- Contribute to the planning and construction methodology of all projects in conjunction with the operations/project teams;
- Provide support to the construction process of all sites including site management and administration;
- Ensure effective planning and utilisation of all plant and equipment resources across the business;
- Oversee the planning and coordination of labour resources across all projects;
- Monitor and implement health, safety and environmental requirements and controls in the workplace.
- Highly skilled in detailed bulk earthworks, complex traffic staging, and plant utilisation and management;
- Proven communication, negotiating and analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate with officials from government, the community, customers and management groups;
- Willing, able and highly motivated to lead, develop and mentor individuals and teams, empowering them to adopt and drive a targeted culture to meet project delivery objectives;
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and Occupational Health and Safety issues and responsibilities.
