About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our prestigious investment banking firm. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-tier administrative support to senior and junior bankers, leveraging your organisational skills and professional approach to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full secretarial support to senior and junior bankers, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain the holiday schedule for the team to ensure no operational outages.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist bankers in tracking and following up on client meetings and logging information into client relationship management systems.
  • Process expense reimbursements for bankers' claims through Concur.
  • Liaise with other regions to arrange inter-office visits, including security access, desk allocation, PC login, and staff/client meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work effectively with others and confidence in interacting with different team members.
  • A proactive, focused, hard worker with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • A proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong judgment, maturity, and professional demeanor.
