Plant Maintenance Manager

The successful candidate will lead our maintenance team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our plant equipment. This is a key role in maintaining our production output and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Main Responsibilities:- Liaise with production teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
- Degree or trade qualification in electrical, engineering, or mechanical fields.
- Aptitude for maintaining complex process equipment involving automation.
- Substantial experience working with and supervising maintenance teams in industrial environments.
- Strong leadership skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High mechanical aptitude and understanding of enterprise agreements.
- Sound computing skills in Microsoft Office.
