Youth and Community Development Coordinator

We are seeking a values-driven Youth and Children Ministry Co-ordinator to establish, oversee and facilitate new and existing youth and children ministry opportunities with the community in the South West.
This role is part of our efforts to achieve the local vision of Reaching out with hope and the wider TSA vision, mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide pastoral care for youth and children
- Create environments, activities and programs that will facilitate learning, build community and relationships as well as spiritual formation
- Ensure resources, curriculum and content used is age-appropriate and relevant as well as promoting spiritual development
- Recruit, develop, train and empower volunteers, team members and leaders to serve in youth and children's ministry
- An understanding and personal experience of the Christian faith and desire to disciple and journey with people in theirs
- Relevant qualifications or experience in youth and children's work and/or ministry
- Current WA Driver's licence
- Current Working With Children's Check
- A willingness to undergo a National Police check
