Job Description

As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers, setting clear goals, and providing the necessary support for their growth and success. You will also be accountable for ensuring your region meets sales targets while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

  • Lead a dynamic team of Store Managers, fostering open communication, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across multiple brands.
  • Monitor budgets, rosters, and sales performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Coach and develop teams to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or FMCG, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
