Wedding and Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and manage diary entries for wedding and function bookings.
  • Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house supervisors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Assist management in planning and executing large-scale events.
  • Maintain a calendar of events and promotions.
  • Develop relationships with key wedding and event platforms and vendors.
  • Promote and market the venue through social media and online platforms.
Requirements

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Work Environment: This role is based in person at our venue in Sydney.
