Event Coordinator Job Description">

The Event Coordinator will play a key role in the success of our annual event. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the event, from planning and preparation to execution and evaluation.

The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure that the event runs smoothly and that all logistical details are taken care of. This includes setting up and tearing down event spaces, coordinating vendors and suppliers, and managing event schedules and timelines.

They will also be responsible for communicating with exhibitors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience at the event.

Additionally, the Event Coordinator will assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting to ensure that all necessary information is tracked and documented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the event, including planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation
  • Work closely with the Events Manager to ensure smooth event operations
  • Communicate with exhibitors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to meet their needs and ensure a positive experience
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant experience in event coordination or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
