About the Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to older Australians in their daily lives. This includes assisting with shopping, activities, appointments, medication assistance, personal care, and community connection.

This is a community-based role that requires reliable transport to visit clients in their homes. You will be based in Perth's South-East Metropolitan area, covering suburbs such as Canning Vale, Thornlie, Gosnells, Southern River, Harrisdale, Seville Grove, Armadale, Kelmscott, Roleystone, Byford and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to older Australians, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with daily tasks such as shopping, cooking, and personal care
  • Support clients with appointments and medical visits
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills. A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others is essential.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged, Community or Disability Care
  • Available to work a minimum of 3 weekdays per week
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Current Driver's License
  • Roadworthy vehicle registered in WA and covered by Third-Party insurance
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
