Senior Client Liaison

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Career Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining strong connections with external providers and stakeholders.
As a key contact for clients, you will provide proactive support, pre-emptively identifying client needs and ensuring high accuracy and compliance in client records. You will also assist in training new or junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong abilities to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines while thriving in a fast-paced environment with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service as a key contact for clients, ensuring they receive the best outcomes;
- Coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines while pre-emptively identifying client needs and ensuring seamless service delivery;
- Maintain strong connections with external providers and stakeholders;
- Ensure high accuracy and compliance in client records;
- Assist in training new or junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong abilities to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with a proactive problem-solving approach;
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating effectively.
