HSEQ Manager Job Opportunity

As a seasoned HSEQ professional, you will be responsible for driving workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality strategy, governance, and management across our Asia Pacific operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HSEQ and WHS management, with over 5 years of experience leading and influencing HSEQ initiatives. You will lead continuous improvement in HSEQ performance by analyzing data, driving corrective actions, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HSEQ strategy with measurable objectives, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation and industry standards.
  • Establish a proactive risk management framework and maintain alignment with our risk and compliance systems to mitigate HSEQ risks.
  • Oversee ISO certifications, worker compensation claims, and a comprehensive training program to foster a culture of safety and health across all levels.
  • Act as a strategic HSEQ partner to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, managing regulatory requirements, and driving operational efficiency.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong analytical and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in risk and compliance management, including ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 systems.
  • A full and valid driver's license.
