This role ensures student recruitment targets are met and directs marketing and promotion of ELI pathway programs to support international enrolment goals. It maintains and develops pathways into the university, ensuring high student satisfaction.

This position provides academic and operational leadership to a multifunctional team, including workforce planning, recruitment, and professional development of teachers. The role drives business development in a competitive market and ensures compliance across ELI programs. It conducts environmental scanning, engages with sector experts, and sets the strategic direction for the institute.

To be successful, you will have relevant experience in English Language Training programs, leadership and management of ELT programs, and developing teaching and evaluating English courses. You will also have experience in international context marketing and business development, managing revenue and expenditure budgets, and demonstrated awareness of pathway options and issues related to international students.
