The General Manager maintains and develops pathways into Deakin University and Deakin College, ensuring high student satisfaction. Reporting into the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Vice President (International), the General Manager provides academic and operational leadership to a multifunctional team, including workforce planning, recruitment, and professional development of teachers.
The role drives business development in a competitive market and ensures compliance across ELI programs. The position conducts environmental scanning, engages with peak bodies and sector experts, and sets ELI's strategic direction.
