- Working with Vulnerable People Certificate
- Current National Police Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid certificate
- Completed NDIS Core Module
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Disability)
- Experience working with people with disabilities or mental health diagnosis
- Assist Clients with Medication and Healthy Body Systems training
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and responsiveness to change
- Compassion and empathy when interacting with clients
