Job Title: Visionary Educational Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking educational leader to join our team. As a visionary principal, you will have the opportunity to drive transformative change in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To create and lead an exceptional teaching, learning, and wellbeing environment at your campus.
  • To champion a culture where every student feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.

You will work closely with senior leaders to bring our vision and values to life through authentic, values-based leadership that inspires staff, students, and the broader community.

Requirements:
  • A postgraduate qualification in education.
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership positions in schools.
  • An understanding of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and a demonstrated commitment to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children and young people.
  • An understanding of trauma-informed practice in an educational setting.

Working Conditions:
  • The role is due to commence at the beginning of 2026.
  • The position reports to the Deputy Executive Principal.
  • A valid driver's licence is required.
Selection Criteria:
  1. To be successful in this role, you will have the relevant qualifications, skills and experience as outlined in the selection criteria.
  2. You must also have a satisfactory criminal history check and a valid employee working with children check.
