Job Title: Command Centre Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Command Centre Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our remote road safety camera network from our South Melbourne Command Centre.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support and troubleshooting guidance for talented field technicians.
  • Remotely monitor systems, proactively resolving incidents affecting operations.
  • Manage service requests and incidents using our help systems.
  • Coordinate and support field teams with planned and remedial maintenance.
  • Conduct remote site health checks and verify image quality compliance.
  • Deliver professional client communication, including daily updates.
  • Participate in the on-call roster for after-hours support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of IT networks, Microsoft Office applications, and service management systems.
  • ITIL certification and exposure to SQL or Python is an advantage.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
