Our team is seeking a skilled Associate Midwifery Unit Manager to lead our Postnatal Services department.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality midwifery care and ensuring optimal outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate the postnatal midwifery team to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife, or Nurse/Midwife, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse/Midwife or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
- Proven competence in midwifery practice aligned with professional standards.
