Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Director of Acceleration to spearhead our growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving scale across acquisition, retention, and new markets.

This is a leadership role that requires a forward-thinking individual who can design and execute scalable strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and drive measurable revenue impact.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer tech brands, with expertise in performance marketing and lifecycle/CRM.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing growth strategies, leading acquisition activity, building retention and lifecycle programs, and partnering with product and UX to optimize conversion rates.

The Director of Acceleration will also be responsible for fostering a culture of experimentation, leading and mentoring a high-performing growth team, and shaping go-to-market strategies for future international expansion.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
