We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our community programs team as a Community Program Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality programs and services to families within the community. Your passion for early childhood education and your ability to build strong relationships with children and families will be invaluable assets to our team.

The successful candidate will possess a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also be required to model effective early childhood practice and have a working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). A commitment to an inclusive curriculum and the ability to follow WH&S policies and procedures is also essential.

As a Community Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for building quality relationships with children and families, providing a welcoming environment and taking a flexible approach to meet the needs of families. You will also be required to collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality programs and services.
