Remote Occupational Health Specialist

Role Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes to deliver high-quality staff occupational health services in a remote area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the delivery of quality care to employees, develop standards of practice, implement recommendations, initiate quality improvement activities, and provide consultation services on occupational health, fitness for work, and pre-employment health assessments.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage service changes, projects, and initiatives to meet project goals and timelines. The role involves regional travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in occupational health and/or clinical nursing
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
