We support a wide range of digital payments choices, making transactions secure, simple, smart and accessible. Our Product Management team plays a vital role in maintaining and growing Prepaid sales and distribution relationships within markets.
The Role:- Identify opportunities for sales & revenue growth through collaborative efforts with the relationship team
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and client's marketing team for end-to-end marketing campaign management
- Provide escalation support for client complaints and customer issues
- Resolve technical issues by collaborating with internal technical & engineering teams
- Prepare client reporting per agreed contractual cadence
- Analyse and summarise customer data to create relevant reports, including trends and insights
- Drive product development opportunities by undertaking competitor intel activities
- Develop knowledge of Mastercard products and services
- Support Project Managers during project implementations
- Effectively communicate requirements to translate them into desired functionality
- Document basic business problems encountered on a day-to-day basis in a clear format
- Monitor and report on metrics, research and surveys
- Own and manage product documentation ensuring it is clear and easily consumable by cross-functional and management teams
