About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Parts Specialist to join our dynamic parts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently interpreting the parts and accessories required by retail, trade, and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting parts and accessories orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Quoting, sourcing, and ordering parts in line with customer needs.
  • Utilizing manufacturer catalogues and electronic systems to identify correct parts.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with inventory management.
  • Providing exceptional customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
  • Collaborating effectively with service, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in dealership parts operations is desirable but not essential.
  • Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and parts systems.
  • Proficient with electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems.
  • Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
