Automotive Parts Interpreter - NAPA Wollongong - Full Time

Location: Unanderra, New South Wales, Australia

We are seeking a Parts Interpreter to provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers. The role involves interpreting parts, processing customer orders, dispatching products and parts, and acting as the first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone).
This position is with NAPA (GPC Asia Pacific) and involves working with a team focused on exceptional customer service and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret parts and apply technical knowledge to assist customers
  • Process customer orders
  • Efficiently dispatch products and parts
  • Promote specials and manage buy-ins and credits
  • First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and ensure safe work practices
Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong technical parts knowledge and ability to communicate clearly with customers
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Innovative, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing team
  • Commitment to workplace safety
