About the Automotive Parts Support Role

NAPA, Australia and New Zealand's leading automotive aftermarket parts distributor, is seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.

This exciting opportunity will see you providing accurate product information and advice to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging your expert automotive/mechanical knowledge.

You will assist customers with product queries, problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques to promote specials, arrange buy-ins and process customer credits.

Your strong relationships with customers and exceptional communication skills will make all the difference in this role.

Duties Include:

  • Interpreting parts data
  • Processing customer orders
  • Efficiently dispatching products and parts
  • Promoting specials and discounts
  • Arranging buy-ins and product takeovers
  • Processing customer credits and refunds
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
  • Contributing to a culture of safety by prioritizing workplace well-being
