Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to contribute to the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and Enterprise Agreements.
- Utilise expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to manage payroll processes and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Finance team and stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
- Proven experience in managing payroll, ideally within organisations with complex Enterprise Agreements.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- A strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
