About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of processing end-to-end payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant awards and enterprise agreements.

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing employee queries, building and maintaining strong relationships within the team and wider business. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll including superannuation and payroll tax.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant awards and enterprise agreements.
  • Provide high-level payroll knowledge and support to employees.
  • Manage employee queries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and wider business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience processing end-to-end payroll.
  • Prior experience within a fast-paced and high-volume environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment.
