We are seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Capture and codify knowledge by interviewing subject matter experts and creating comprehensive guides, manuals, and white papers to preserve critical institutional knowledge.
- Design and maintain systems for storing, indexing, and retrieving knowledge to ensure accessibility and relevance.
- Promote knowledge sharing through workshops, knowledge hubs, and internal communication strategies.
- Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with up-to-date, accurate information.
- Improve workflow efficiency by streamlining processes and reducing redundancies.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles and practices.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to translate complex information into accessible formats.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
