Marketing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and curating social media content, ideation, monitoring and re-purposing user generated content, and community management on social channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and curate social media content based on brand direction and industry best practices.
  • Ideate unique and high-performing social media content based on channel-specific best practices.
  • Monitor and re-purpose user-generated content on social media accounts.
  • Upload and schedule social media advertising content.
  • Manage communities on social channels.
  • Collaborate with other teams on customer communication.
  • Respond to and engage with guests on public posts.
  • Update website content and online listings.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Marketing or Business (or progressive study towards).
  • Understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing, and reputation management.
  • Previous exposure to digital marketing activity.
  • Able to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
  • Adaptable in role to assist in ad-hoc duties as needed.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
