Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT Shared Services Platform team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating within a project environment, understanding, documenting, and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating Workshops: Actively engage with end-user stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • GAP Analysis: Identify, analyse, interpret, and document business functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Process Documentation: Document existing and inform new business and technology processes using applicable software and notation techniques.
  • Project Contribution: Contribute to the development of project and test plans to validate future state, including overall efficiency, functionality, and user-friendliness.
  • Documentation Support: Assist with documentation for project members as well as end-user documentation such as standard operating procedures and training guides.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience in requirements gathering (functional and non-functional requirements).
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and deal with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Ability to identify and prioritise business needs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with Jira.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Visio, Lucid Charts, or similar tools.
  • Desirable: Experience working with applications in Sitecore, Power Platform, Sharepoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Desirable: Experience or knowledge with various enterprise applications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, TechOne, Compass, Canvas).
