Surgical Team Member

We are seeking a skilled surgeon assistant to join our surgical team at Wollongong Hospital.

  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced surgeons, assisting with operations and patient care.
  • This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • The ideal candidate will have completed their primary degree and fellowship training in surgery, and hold current registration with AHPRA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting surgeons with operations and patient care
  • Completing administrative tasks, such as paperwork and documentation
  • Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
