As an Agricultural Operations Manager, you will inspire your team to maximize their potential, build strong relationships with clients, cultivate new sales opportunities, and drive marketing and promotion of our products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate your team to reach their full potential
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to provide personalized recommendations
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen our presence in the market
  • Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders Rural products
  • Prioritize staff and client safety, contributing to our zero-harm culture
  • Coach and mentor staff to identify and develop new sales opportunities

What We Offer
