
Career Launchpad: Administrative Support Role for Law Firm

This role presents a dynamic opportunity for an early career legal professional to gain experience across different practice areas within a leading national law firm.
The successful candidate will provide support across various teams, stepping in wherever needed, and will be responsible for a range of tasks including answering phone calls, preparing legal documents, diary management, dictaphone typing, billing, coordinating team meetings/events, mail merging documents, and file management.
To thrive in this position, you will need to be resilient, a quick learner, and highly adaptable. Experience within Litigation is considered desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to client enquiries and providing exceptional service;
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail;
- Managing diaries and schedules to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
- Providing administrative support through dictaphone typing and document preparation;
- Accurately processing invoices and maintaining financial records;
- Coordinating meetings and events to facilitate effective team collaboration;
- Formatting and mail merging documents as required;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and records.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
A strong foundation in administration and a passion for law are essential, with previous experience in a similar role or industry being highly desirable.
