About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Referral Board as a Senior Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building awareness and driving demand for our solutions within commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging your expertise in SaaS subscriptions and enterprise sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Provide accurate forecasting and planning capabilities, ensuring predictable revenue growth and alignment with business objectives.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the enterprise software market, including Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM, and Cloud, to drive sales success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in a quota-carrying, B2B sales position, with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions into multiple large businesses.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to build credibility with both developers and executives.
