As a key member of our team, you will lead the Proactive Services Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple store formats.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in leadership or management roles, with a keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating effective work schedules and ensuring punctuality among team members
  • Managing procurement of supplies while maintaining budgetary constraints
  • Providing constructive feedback to team members and identifying areas for growth
  • Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including department managers and local community members

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Leadership or management experience
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness standards
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage equipment and consumables
  • Comfort with regulated frameworks and inclusion of cleaning responsibilities
  • Experience in leadership capacity or aspects of leadership (desired)
